Access to skilled labour is one of the industry's most urgent challenges. We work to improve access to training, certification, immigration support, and career development opportunities to ensure a strong, skilled, and future-ready workforce.
A strong, skilled workforce is essential to the success of our industry. BCLNA works to support members on workforce-related matters-from staying up to date on employment standards to improving safety and training programs.
We collaborate with partners like the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council and AgSafe to share resources and develop initiatives that help our members attract, retain, and support the people who keep their operations running.
We’re also invested in raising awareness about career opportunities in horticulture and supporting the next generation of professionals.
