    Steps to Request a Locate Ticket:

    • Submit your request online 24/7/365
    • Or call 1-800-474-6886 (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm PST)
    • Be ready with your project and site details (use the Information Checklist)
    • Wait for utility clearance before digging

  • Emergency Locate Requests

    If you're facing an urgent safety concern, do not use the online form—call instead.

    Call 1-800-474-6886 immediately if:

    • There's a risk to public safety or emergency crews are on-site/en route
    • Essential services require urgent repair
    • There's environmental contamination or a hazardous spill
    • You need to clear a blocked sewer and require a cross-bore check

    BC 1 Call will coordinate a rapid response from utility members.
